There is a 100% return policy for merchandise on all online orders. We do not refund the cost of shipping. Additionally, return shipments are the responsibility of the customer. In the event of an exchange, we will cover the cost of shipping your replacement item(s).
Nasty Pig is proud to stand fully behind its products. If any of the products you have purchased from Nasty Pig develop defects due to manufacturing errors, we encourage you to email us at
info@nastypig.com or give us a call at (212) 691-6067 to discuss the nature of the problem. If we feel the problem is fixable or we need to inspect the item in question, wash it thoroughly in the washing machine and hang it to dry completely. Send it along with a note stating your name, address, phone number, email address and an explanation of the problem to our retail location at the above address. We will then evaluate the goods and either repair them or replace them. Please do not send anything without contacting us first.
Please note that all good things must eventually come to an end, including Nasty Pig products. While we are happy to address any issues that arise due to manufacturing errors, we are unable to take responsibility for products that have run their course due to ordinary wear and tear or misuse, and we thank our wonderful customers for understanding this distinction.

Due to the large demand for our product, we are at times unable to fulfill all the orders that come our way. However, we will not bill your credit card for any merchandise we do not have in stock.
